keto and low carb hen salad chaffle sandwich

 

Substances:

For the hen salad:

3 cups shredded hen (you need to use rotisserie hen or canned hen)
1/2 cup bitter cream
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup chives
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to style
For the chaffle:

1 egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 heaping tablespoon almond flour
Cracked black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
All the things however the bagel seasoning
2 heaping tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

In a big bowl, mix the shredded hen, bitter cream, mayo, chives, celery, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Combine properly and refrigerate till prepared to make use of.
