This easy low-carb dessert is rich, creamy, and so satisfying for anyone craving a sweet treat without the carbs. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a dessert that tastes indulgent and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 block cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
  • 1 package sugar-free pudding mix (cheesecake, vanilla, or chocolate)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • Reddi Whip (optional, for topping)
  • 1 chopped strawberry (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar-free pudding mix, heavy cream, and water. Use a hand mixer to blend everything together for several minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add water slowly: Make sure to add the water in slowly to avoid splashing.
  3. Divide into cups: Once blended, divide the mixture into 6 dessert cups.
  4. Top with Reddi Whip and strawberries (optional): For extra flavor and just a couple more carbs, top with Reddi Whip and a chopped strawberry.

Carb Count:

  • Less than 4 carbs per serving (without the toppings)
  • An additional 2 carbs if you add Reddi Whip and a chopped strawberry (totally worth it for that extra sweetness and freshness!).
