Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips and Mushrooms
A comforting slow cooker dinner that melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Layer the Crockpot:
Place the stew beef and sliced mushrooms into your slow cooker. - Whisk the Creamy Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. - Pour and Cook:
Pour the sauce over the beef and mushrooms. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender. - Final Touch:
