Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips and Mushrooms
A comforting slow cooker dinner that melts in your mouth!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Layer the Crockpot:
    Place the stew beef and sliced mushrooms into your slow cooker.
  2. Whisk the Creamy Sauce:
    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour and Cook:
    Pour the sauce over the beef and mushrooms. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
  4. Final Touch:
    Give the sauce a good stir before serving to make sure everything is creamy and well-blended.
  5. Serve & Savor:
    Spoon over fluffy mashed potatoes, buttered egg noodles, or warm white rice for a filling and flavorful dinner.

Tips:

  • Want extra richness? Add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and taste even better the next day!
