Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix with 2 tbsp cornstarch. Put aside.
In a bowl mix together bourbon, broth, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, ginger, garlic & pepper flakes. Put aside.
Over medium heat add 2 tbsp oil and cook broccoli florets until tender, approximately 5 minutes, stirring often and put aside.
Over medium high heat add remaining oil to pan and add chicken. Cook 3 minutes on each side and remove, put aside.
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch to 1 tbsp cold water. Put aside.
Add in bourbon sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Add chicken in and cook until sauce reduces, approximately 10-12 minutes. Add broccoli back in and stir in cornstarch slurry mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy.
