• ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 5 large eggs room temperature
• ½ cup whole milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup sweet white wine I used a Riesling
