  Ingredients:

– 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced
– 4 pita breads
– 1 cup tzatziki sauce
– 2 tomatoes, sliced
– 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the lamb slices with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the lamb slices until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Warm the pita bread in a separate skillet or oven.
4. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on each pita bread.
5. Top with cooked lamb slices, tomato slices, and red onion.
6. Fold the pita bread around the filling and serve immediately.
