Citrus-Glazed Salmon Delight

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons butter
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon, skin-side up, and sear for 4 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, orange zest, and sriracha.
Pour the glaze over the salmon in the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the salmon is cooked through.
Remove from heat, swirl in the butter until melted and the sauce is glossy.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
