Snowball Cookies with Sweet Condensed Milk

Ingredients :

1 tasse de beurre ramolli
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup confectioner’s sugar (to dust)

Instructions :

1️ Cream butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
2️ Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
3️ Sift the flour and baking powder, then mix to form a soft dough.
4️ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5️ Roll out small amounts of dough, roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
6️ Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
7️ Allow cookies to cool slightly before dusting with confectioner’s sugar.
