¼ cup all-purpose flour for coating
½ teaspoon salt
Small thumb floor black pepper to style
Huge thumb teaspoon dried oregano
4 medium skinless, boneless hen breast halves – pounded 1/4 inch thick
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup Marsala wine
¼ cup cooking sherry
Instructions
Collect all elements.
In a shallow dish or bowl, combine collectively the flour, salt, pepper and oregano.
Coat hen items in flour combination.
In a big skillet, soften butter in olive oil over medium warmth. Place hen within the pan, and calmly brown.
Flip over hen items, and add mushrooms. Pour in wine and sherry.
