Ingredients:
For the Chicken Skewers:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden or metal skewers
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
Directions:
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping.
