STEAK AND SHRIMP SKILLET

Ingredients:

1 lb ribeye steak, sliced into strips
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Season the Steak and Shrimp
In separate bowls, season the steak strips and shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss each to coat evenly.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak strips and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the steak.
Step 4: Make the Sauce
Reduce the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the lemon juice and stir to combine. Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top and serve immediately.
