– 2 lbs ground beef or turkey
– 2 bags coleslaw mix
– 4 green onions, chopped
– 3 tsp minced garlic
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tsp red pepper flakes
– 2 tsp ground ginger
– Optional: 1 packet Splenda (for added sweetness)
Instructions:
