- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

How To Make Island Pecan Pie
- Preheat oven to 300º F.
- In a big bowl, beat collectively sugar, eggs, cornstarch, flour and salt till completely mixed and integrated.
