Red Snapper, Shrimp & Grits with a Cajun Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

2 red snapper fillets
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup grits
2 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook grits according to package instructions using water and heavy cream.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic.
Season snapper fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook snapper fillets in the skillet until flaky, then remove and set aside.
Cook shrimp in the same skillet until pink.
Plate the grits and top with snapper fillets and shrimp.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
