Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Reduce heat to medium. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
