Gourmet Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz ham slices
4 oz Swiss cheese slices
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Press half of the chicken mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
Layer the ham slices evenly over the chicken mixture, followed by the Swiss cheese slices.
Press the remaining chicken mixture over the ham and cheese, sealing the edges to encase the filling completely.
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden brown.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
