Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound steak (e.g., strip loin, rib eye)
Cajun seasoning to taste
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with Cajun seasoning, sear until browned on both sides, and cook to desired doneness. Set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, melt butter, add shrimp, and cook until pink on both sides (1-2 minutes per side). Set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
Add broth to deglaze the pan, then add cream, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add lemon juice, parsley, and shrimp to the sauce. Serve over the steak.
