Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Drain excess fat.
Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, until set and golden.
