1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1 cup mustard
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pickles, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and combined.
Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with chopped pickles if desired.
