Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Coating:
In a bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese with the sour cream.

Coat the Chicken:
Take each chicken breast and spread a thin layer of the sour cream and cheddar mixture over the top. Then, press the chicken into the seasoned cracker crumbs, coating evenly.

Bake:
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the chicken.
