2 cups mashed potatoes, whipped until creamy

Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
