Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Dip each pork chop into the beaten egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the pork chops to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
