Ingredients:

8 ounces pasta (penne or macaroni)
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup pickle relish
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pickle relish. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the pasta and beef mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
