Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese and sour cream until fully combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix cooked spaghetti into the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
Transfer spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and crispy bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
