3 lbs chicken wing flats
adobo
black pepper
cayenne pepper
lemon pepper
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
2 to 3 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Wash the chicken wing flats and place them in a large bowl.
Add adobo, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and eggs to the bowl with the chicken. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
In a separate bowl, place the all-purpose flour.
DipFried Wing Flats Drizzled With Honey Lemon Pepper
Season the chicken wing flats into the flour mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken wing flats for approximately 6 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is frying, prepare the honey lemon pepper sauce.
