Ingredients:
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for slurry)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
1 Heat oil in a large pan, add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
2 Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp turn pink.
3 Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey.
4 Add cornstarch slurry, stirring until the sauce thickens.
5 Serve over rice.
Notes:
• Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
