Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the Ritz cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
Coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture, then dredge in the Ritz crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
