Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft and gooey.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
