Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup macaroni and cheese (prepared)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
In the center of each tortilla, add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by a scoop of macaroni and cheese.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
Drizzle with ranch dressing.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately.
