Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Saffron Mash: Boil the potatoes with saffron threads until tender. Drain and mash with heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside, keeping warm.
Lobster Bites: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add lobster pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until just opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve: Spoon saffron mash onto a plate, top with lobster bites, and garnish with fresh parsley.
