These Cheddar Bacon Chicken Tenders are crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk eggs.
In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tenders are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
