Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Hen

– 4 boneless, skinless hen breasts
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 massive eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
3. In one other shallow dish, beat the eggs with the milk.
4. Place the flour in a 3rd shallow dish.
5. Dredge every hen breast within the flour, shaking off extra.
6. Dip the floured hen within the egg combination, then coat with the bread crumb combination.
7. In a skillet, warmth olive oil over medium-high warmth.
8. Add the hen breasts and prepare dinner for 3-4 minutes on either side, till golden brown.
9. Switch the hen to the ready baking dish.
10. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese with the mozzarella cheese and garlic.
11. Sprinkle the cheese combination over the hen breasts.
12. Bake within the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or till the hen is cooked via and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
13. Serve instantly and revel in!
