Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Sauté the veggies: In a big skillet, warmth the butter and olive oil over medium warmth. Add the onions, pink bell pepper, inexperienced bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté till softened, about 5 minutes. Put aside to chill barely.
