Pumpkin Fudge
Creamy, sweet pumpkin fudge infused with fall spices, perfect for a seasonal treat.

Ingredients:

2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: chopped nuts for topping

Directions:

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top of the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.
