Ingredients:
4 slices of thick-cut bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
While the bread is baking, heat the cooked steak slices in a skillet with Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until warmed through.
Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with the steak slices. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
