Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 asparagus spears
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh rosemary and thyme (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket.
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and a slice of mozzarella.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

Notes:

Use Gouda or provolone cheese for a flavor twist!
Add a squeeze of lemon for a zesty finish.
