1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce and tomato for garnish

Directions:

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon into small pieces.
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Fold in the crumbled bacon.
Lay out the flour tortillas. Spread a layer of barbecue sauce on each tortilla.
Divide the bacon mac ‘n’ cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas and spoon it down the center. Top with cooked ground beef.
Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and roll tightly into a wrap.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps, seam side down, until golden and crispy.
