Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking spray or vegetable oil for baking

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Set up a breading station: place the flour in one shallow dish, beat the eggs in another, and mix the breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third dish.
