Ingredients:

For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails, thawed and split down the middle
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat the broiler to high.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster tails with the garlic herb butter sauce.
Place the lobster tails under the broiler on a baking sheet, shell side up.
Broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Make the Mashed Potatoes:

In a large pot, cover the cubed potatoes with water and bring to a boil.
