Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

   Ingredients:

1 cup softened butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

1 Cream the softened butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
2 Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
3 Sift in the flour and baking powder, then mix to form a soft dough.
4 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5 Scoop small amounts of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet.
6 Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
7  Let the cookies cool slightly before dusting with confectioner’s sugar.
