Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Tender and juicy steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce – a quick and delicious meal perfect for serving with veggies or over rice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan. Remove the steak bites and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce, coating evenly.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
