Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix (prepared and cooled)
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup mini chocolate chips
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions and let them cool completely.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour until well combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly. Place a small square of brownie in the center of each flattened dough ball and roll it back into a ball.
Freeze the cookie dough brownie balls for 15-20 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let them set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
