Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground bacon, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix Meatloaf:
Combine ground beef, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, ketchup, cheddar cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Bake:
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve:
Slice and serve warm.
