Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cold club soda
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, baking soda, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Gradually add cold club soda, stirring until the batter is smooth.
Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
