Mac French Toast

Ingredients

4 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
4 slices of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup Big Mac sauce (or thousand island dressing)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Cook the bread in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, like making French toast.
Assemble the French toast: place one slice of cheese on a piece of French toast, add a layer of ground beef, lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
Top with another slice of French toast to make a sandwich. Repeat for the remaining slices.
Serve warm with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Notes:
For a healthier twist, use whole-grain bread and lean ground beef or turkey.
Add sliced tomatoes or onions for extra flavor.
