Creamy Cheesy Chicken Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a bowl, mix heavy cream and softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
Assemble the Dish:
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in an oven dish. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
