Apple Pie Bread
Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling, mashed
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup self-rising flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 medium apple, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease two loaf pans.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, self-rising flour, and cinnamon.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Add the mashed apple pie filling and beaten eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
Fold in Apples:
Gently fold in the chopped apple.
Pour into Pans:
Evenly divide the batter between the two greased loaf pans.
Topping:
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of each loaf.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool:
Let cool before serving.
