 Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Coat pork chops with a mixture of Parmesan, garlic powder, flour, and breadcrumbs. Fry in a skillet until golden brown.
In a baking dish, layer sliced potatoes and bacon. Pour heavy cream over the potatoes, then top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve pork chops with scalloped potatoes.
