Taco Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
2 lbs frozen shredded hash browns
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
In a hot pan, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
Transfer the cooked ground beef mixture to a crockpot. Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese soup, frozen shredded hash browns, and shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
