Crack Burgers – So Addicting, You Won’t Be Able to Stop at One
These Crack Burgers are juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Topped with a creamy, ranch-infused cheese sauce and crispy bacon, they’re the ultimate indulgence for your next cookout or family dinner.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 burger buns
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream
Lettuce, tomato, and pickles (optional for garnish)
Directions:
Season the Beef:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the ranch seasoning. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
Cook the Burgers:
Grill or pan-fry the burgers over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired doneness. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
Make the Crack Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
